Claes Zackrisson

Claes has been leading executive leadership development and senior international executive search across life sciences for almost 20 years. With an emphasis on assessment and development services, Claes draws on an extensive track record in life science executive search and large project management, gained with leading global retained boutique firms, before Co-Founding and joining GENerX as Managing Director.

Most recently Executive Director in Leadership Development, and previously Client Partner Pharma EMEA for a leading talent consultancy firm with clients in Pharma, Medtech and Biotech in the EMEA region. Claes’ earlier experience brings substantial additional expertise gained as Group Knowledge & Business Intelligence Director and previously as Global Head of Research.

A Swedish native, Claes holds a BA in Economics, is a certified Process Communication Model™ trainer, accredited on several psychometric and behavioral tools (DISC PPA & HPTi, Saville Wave) and speaks fluent English, French and Swedish.
